-trying to detox the system with this... it's actually quite gross to know that all those impurities exist in my body.. no frill.. just paste and sleep...

- 10,000mg collagen.. hopefully my 3 mths worth of collagen will help... my complexion creates havoc sometimes... no frill as well.. just drink and sleep...

- i think i need to prevent all my lines under my eyes from emerging... my new anti-wrinkle eye cream... i'm so lazy to put anything on my face these days... but i'll try to use this as often as possible...

my gym membership is under utilised!! i think i went for less than 4 classes last december... argh!!

i can't let it happen again... coz i'll be working in novena for at least another 5mths unless they do not want to cfm me..hehe..

1) flexi hours, i can wake up late...
2) good money during good months...

1) can't go on holiday in peace coz my phone rings, and i just have to know who called, just in case it's my boss...
2) no time for workout, and putting on weight.. (dun ask me to do it in the morning!)
3) no time for sentosa! i'm fairer esp after that milk bath...
4) body starts to react negatively if the loan is not approved..
5) after doing some serious calculation, it's true that my hourly rate is pathetic.
6) the company 'cheats' my money..
7) i'm not happy most of the time...

2 vs 7(and the list goes on)...
okie... i know i should prepare my letter... soon...

1st got to noe abt southern ridges from KC coz he works in URA..

to date, i've only signed up for one run... shape run in july...
coz goodie bag is good and it's only 10km...

was toking to auddy on the way home just now...
suddenly i felt the urge to start running again...
maybe i should really do the AHM again this yr(but i said last yr that i won't join wat)...
madness... have to wake up at 4am! y torture myself again?

shall see how it goes bah...

it's been a long time since i met up with the girls...
and i dun see them in the gym anymore coz i go for classes that are too 'early'
anyway, thanks to sherlyn who put in the effort to organise this gathering..

it's only my second time there!

this time round, i din have a big bag coz i din gym today..
but the rest have to have their bags and food cable-tied...
think they use up millions of those per day... how ridiculous!

ever since i fell asleep using a neck rest in kenny's car..
been wanting to get myself one for the longest time..

so while mien & i scurry off to look for a CD shop after dinner today,
ended up passing by a shop selling the neck rest.. it's a speaker as well!!

to those who saw my poor blistered ankles 2 days ago...
that is peanuts... just a layer of skin lost..

but after 2 days of torture...
think my flesh has surfaced...
even mien din wanna look at it...
it's red and oozy...argh...
took a photo of them.. but thot that it's too disgusting to digest..

so as to stop the area ard it from disintegrating further,
the best way is to stop wearing shoes, meaning no gym.. and become fat...
i must walk ard more!! but in flats...

it's been awhile since i mentioned abt kneeache...
now it's back again.. but i've not been pumping alot wat...
must be the heels then...
