my gym membership is under utilised!! i think i went for less than 4 classes last december... argh!!
i can't let it happen again... coz i'll be working in novena for at least another 5mths unless they do not want to cfm me..hehe..
to achieve my size s.. i've planned my schedule as follow and will try to follow it as closely as possible... haha!!
monday (orchard) combat, ft boxercise, balance (if i'm not too tired)
tuesday (bugis) pump, jc boxercise
wednesday (orchard) ft boxercise or run run run somewhere else...
thursday (novena) pump, balance
friday (bugis) ft boxercise, balance
saturday (bugis) combat, belly dance
sunday (orchard) combat, balance, pump or run run run somewhere else...
wow!! i feel so healthy just by looking at this...
at the rate i'm doing boxercise, I WILL BE 48kg SOON!!
but, fofoa won't be ard next week... sooo...... hmm... rest? hahaha!!
