the reason why my weight doesn't go down...

all these are consumed in a period of over 3mths.. but these only makes up abt 10% of what i've eaten... bleh... talk abt controlling diet...

cleansing the system..

only less than 3 mths to go... with so much things to do... i need to improve the condition of my body...

-trying to detox the system with this... it's actually quite gross to know that all those impurities exist in my body.. no frill.. just paste and sleep...

- 10,000mg collagen.. hopefully my 3 mths worth of collagen will help... my complexion creates havoc sometimes... no frill as well.. just drink and sleep...

- i think i need to prevent all my lines under my eyes from emerging... my new anti-wrinkle eye cream... i'm so lazy to put anything on my face these days... but i'll try to use this as often as possible...

i cannot be lazy!!

we've decided to ROM this sept first.. but traditional will have to wait..
wanted to hold it next yr but was told next yr not a good yr to get married.
thot it only affects the rooster, but how come this monkey in me is also affected? bleh...
